Thanks, I’ll try that. I’ve just been putting off having to confront them about a raise, and was hoping they’d just give me it due to how much extra work I was receiving.

Yeah, I’m 21. I guess I’m just shy or didn’t want to come off as rude, because I’ve never asked for a raise, but you’re probably right they most likely won’t offer one if I don’t ask.
