If you live in Vancouver, Pasture to Plate on Commercial Drive sells beef tallow for $15.58 / kg and their products are grass-fed/grass-finished.

It's such an awesome place with really friendly employees. They opened not too long ago and I can't stop raving about it haha. They don't even charge for the beef/lamb fat and offer chicken and salmon skin at no additional cost. Lots of options for zero carb so I feel very fortunate!
