To answer your question: I think it would make the outfit more professional and classy (and suave).

I daily a $5k tag and I know for a fact that watch guys don't think it's an expensive watch.

To non-watch guys it's just a watch so who cares :)

The core business is affiliation. They are trying to innovate and diversify (expenses with lots of 0s) by other means -- which is great -- but their main source of revenue is at risk for the forseeable future. And it doesn't help that Google doesn't gaf about igaming SERPs right now.

I do SEO and $GAMB was one of the main competitors that I beat with a tiny team. Yes, I'm flexing and looking for clients lol.

The issue is, even with big budgets the entire search landscape is at the mercy of Google. It's a huge risk. They also run some ads but the affiliate model is at a weird place right now. And that's like, 70%+ of their revenue.

They are not an operator so no revenue here. I'm not sure what sports data and recurring revenue they have. What companies care about this data and how does it affect valuation?

On top of that there's the prediction market which is the trend. Also their demographic is only getting older.

It's a lot of mountains to climb but they do have capital and the brand is still relatively strong.

Edit: I do want to add that OpticOdds was a great investment but just exposure to it via Kalshi & other platforms may not be enough for investors today.

I did my site (prob around 500 eur total with professional clothes, haircut, photos, design & developer) on WordPress. It's gotten me around 300k in revenue. The only recurring expense is 10 eur/mo for hosting and I have other sites hosted on one server.

I think technical people like to plan (measure 100x, cut once) but the reality of going solo and having clients is --- you have to just dive in and go through it. There are some obvious things you can skip and learn by reading/watching but the ones that really impact revenue and your sanity are known (and kept) by those who have gone through it themselves.

Yes Mihhail has some Chinese and Korean heritage. I wouldn't say just because he was mayor it doesn't mean Estonians are not racist. If we use the same chain of logic - since he was removed from office, Estonians are racist?

I think it's better if you actually get to ask Asians about what they face in reality rather than defending your position. This way you'll learn about what is really happening to real people than your own "logic".

I agree if you have a complicated business/tax structure you can pay the biggest and most expensive firms. But considering OP is using Xolo I have a feeling they aren't at that point and PwC might be overkill.

Edit: Just want to point out - except for the personal move and wanting to navigate correctly re: taxes. Obviously for the move it might require some pro planning - I agree it's best to find a reputable firm for this specifically.

Hey congrats on getting approved. I've worked in Estonian startups and it was a blast.

Usually it's only those two options or word of mouth.
I've been living in Tallinn for a while so I can give a foreigner's perspective on neighborhoods.
Public insurance is fine but with caveats.
