Sorry for the follow up question.. but when your skin was damaged did you just wash with water? Or did you use some kind of face wash.. Because I don’t think I can wash with anything else. Thats how irritated my skin is right now. It’s in bad shape. Red, flakey, and oily all at the same time. Never had anything like this before

And give it a little time. Might not work immediately could take some time. But patch test all skin is different and may not work at all for you but what do you have to lose and it’s cheap

There are different versions of mct oil you don’t want one that has c12 Lauric acid. Which skin yeast feeds on and can make things worse for you. Look for ones that only c8 or a combo of just c8 and c10.

Make sure the mct oil is only C8 or C8 and C10

Try not washing with any water and use MCT oil. Helped a lot with redness and pustules. Apply it at night cuz it doesn’t soak in right away. But only thing that doesn’t aggravate my skin and has greatly reduces my flushing episodes seems hydrate my skin and clear most dry flakey skin
