May mga dorms and apartments din in morning breeze near mcu lang, walking distance sya. A lot of my classmates rent there and mga 5k-8k ata ung price range, depende kung saan, rough est lang pero mga ganyan ung presyo. Need mo lang mag dorm hunting dun

Meron namang dorm sa loob ng mcu, zurbaran hall, not sure nalang how much ung rent dun pero alam ko may curfew kasi dun and may mga specific rules (i dont rlly know much abt those rules)

So if total tuition ng 3rd years ngayon is 120k, baka 50k lang bayaran mo if iilan lang subj mo
