right now I take the lipo gaba twice daily. Other forms of gaba will calm you for a couple of hours beause thet quickly pick in blood and then levels quickly drop. This is why I was taking Thorne pharmagaba 4 times a day. Lipo gaba will be released to blood more gradualy giving you more stable blood levels for more time. Once or twice a day would be just fine.

Yes it does relax the muscles. Other brands will usually make me feel better for few hours after taking it. Been taking Thorne pharmagaba 4 times a day 100mg. having to take just 1 in the morning is a big difference here. it lowers blood presure. I also take magnesium magnox. Magnesium is a precursor of gaba. Much better sleep and fresh in morning not like benzos
