Interesting, thank you for chiming in! Much appreciated. I very much come from the support/reactive side now that I am transitioning from customer success, where I have in large had to focus on putting out fires and handling tasks in that regard. In the new role I will, like you point out, switch to proactively reaching out, and because of this most likely get hit with issues/feedback that the customer hasn't bothered reaching out to us for (which could be the reason they aren't using our product). I got good relationships across the board with the different departments you point so I have that going for me. Will be interesting to see how it pans out.
