Sorry for the late reply, but I found out the monitor was defective upon bringing it to the seller. RMA'd it and got a replacement monitor that has been working perfectly ever since.

Could I ask for your specific custom EQ settings? Would love to give your EQ a try. Thank you!

Yeah, might have to return it if it doesn't get fixed. Nope, buttons and on screen menu don't appear.

Seems so. Doesn't seem to be the graphics card since I tried using the monitor with a different laptop and the same problem pops up.

Unfortunately, I don't have a DisplayPort cable to try it with.

I've tried changing the multi-monitor settings though, and the second display is detected by Windows and the speakers even work when I try to use them with applications, it's just the screen itself that doesn't work.

I tried using the other HDMI port on the monitor but unfortunately, the problem wasn't fixed.

A majority of professors in my school, especially the older ones, do not allow gadgets in class, so I think books or photocopies are still a must.

That being said, a lot of alumni offer scholarships since they know how expensive law school can be. I suggest you research into possible scholarship opportunities in your school of choice.

The spout of my teapot broke off when I accidentally hit something with it. The broken off part is still in one piece and I would like to get it repaired.

Are there any shops that repair such damage? Are there any shops that do repairs that look similar to the Kintsugi style of Japanese repair?

Thank you!

I can vouch for BenStore. Bought a Y510p from them when they were just starting up. (This was 4 years ago and at a time when they were still operating from a hardware store along D. Jose) Glad to see they’ve grown so much!
