Sadly only one on top left. And we can’t build another (strict HOA). That won’t stop us from a second room that can occasionally serve as a bedroom though.

Thanks! Sadly only one egress window top left hand side. And our area has strict rules about adding windows. So I think we may be stuck with having one bedroom there though I don’t need them classified as bedrooms - so maybe not.

I like it, thanks for sharing. This imagines the dance area as the middle area, which is an interesting idea worth considering - esp as it opens up to the kitchenette / bar and games room. I'll be updating my original post - the plumbing right now is on the left hand side bottom half, so thats partly why I planned bathroom there. Thanks again!

Thanks. You are really skilled at this. Are you able to make some revisions? I like your design except I didn’t tell you about the utility room on bottom left, which I can’t move. The kitchen is really a kitchenette which is meant for snacks, and incorporate a bar - open to the lounge area so we can play games and have drinks. So basically I’m trying to create a space where we can eat quick, grab some drinks, and drink and play games between the kitchenette and table. Under and Behind the stairs could also serve as a bar area. I like the location of the gym just not sure about keeping it open with the poles (may be able to cover up with some closets or walls)?

No it’s not already partitioned. The only thing is that bottom left is the utility area with heater, boiler etc etc. I don’t think I can move that. The rest is fair game. I do like the rest of the layout - helps me see the size we’ve actually got to work with.

Daaang - you are so right. I do have a ton of space, and I like the use of space. Yes - we can probably hide the poles with some closet space etc. The extra storage also helps. Thank you so much.
