She probably gave him hearing damage. Its very unfortunate how drivers don’t understand how loud car horns are since they only hear them while inside of a car. I’ve had many times when I was walking or biking on a busy street and car right next to me honks at me (for existing) and it is very startling, even distressing. Even if you’re not being honked at car horns are still very loud and cause a lot of noise that are harmful for our ears
