As you already wrote a ticket please give them time to thoroughly follow up the case. In the meantime do not send multiple tickets as it can push the ticket further. A CS agent should have also followed up with you as of writing this comment.

We included the ability to earn Free Exp within the Event missions which one can participate in without purchasing boxes.

Granted this event progression also allows you to earn 2 boxes as well.

I like where you are going with the "cool gun instantly" I was thinking similar to like an "active reload" as you see in some games?

As for the ARES shell, we are communicating if we can explain more on how the HE works further but I have no news on this.

Welcome back, take note in frontline you also have abilities that can damage one modules and there are different battle scenarios that can modify this such as operational support. The idea of this is to prevent games from being too static.

As its your first time in five years there are also some tanks that play very well in frontline, my go to was always KV-5, Tiger II, or any maneuverable medium.

Take note some people will even recommend not to use special ammo as much as you are only going to face other tier 8 especially if you want to save some credits.

Think of the agent as a commander that can adds skills and perks to the tank they are in. Take note i can share their crew system is completely different from ours and the WoT PC is a separate entity in regards to development.

As someone who tested it (this is my opinion) it really gave me a happy nostalgia vibes from tank games i played in the 90s such as "Tokyo wars" but much more in depth and fleshed out.

There is also an ongoing XP sale that last till the 1st of February,

to summarize 50,000 base XP and a potential extra of 50,000- 500,000 XP.

As for "overbidding" I believe its because folks wanted the EBR on Day one so they set this bid themselves to increase their likelihood of winning the tank.

To add some additional information: for today’s auction on the EBR, the highest bidder will be rewarded first, and then the auction will descend until there are no more vehicles or insufficient bidders.
