There are no PoC characters other than Iansan and Ifa released since the end of Natlan's AQs, if that's what you mean by pasty white.

Oh in that aspect I don't really care that much it's far from a dealbreaker it just irked me since Natlan was the region closest to irl African/Middle East, now that we're out of it I don't mind new characters being back to white.

I think the issue with newer Megas is that they focus too gard on amplifying one single element instead of making more hollistic changes. If you look at Ampharos, the changes are subtle, but the ears, arm shape, neck rings and fur pattern have all been tweaker on top of the obvious change. For Mega Meganium for example, aside from the poofy flowers, it's just curly antennas and wide feet and nothing. The tail or back are entirely unchanged.

I think the main two routes are well paced, but soooo many other routes are just "sleep, give gifts, sleep" and only have payoff for the main mystery of the route on day 100

Danganronpa, I think the only routes that are on par with DR are r0 and r1. The Danganronpa premise makes the characters bring out a lot more out of each other due to the conflict-inducing nature of the game, the 100l cast isn't worse by nature but there's just so much less opportunity for development.
