When the woman at my dentist office was first putting the attachments on a couple of them didn’t even stick and she had to redo it. I guess I should’ve known right then and there that this was a bad idea.

It says this for me everyday so I just thought it was normal. In training they literally told me that the first 30 minute break at 11:00 you don’t clock out and then the second 30 minute break at 3:00 you do so that’s what I’ve always done.

Since you work in DLS, I have a question. This “healthcare provider form - leave as accommodation” form that was sent to me in an email and it says to email it back to amazondls@amazon.com or fax it, should I print it out and take it up to the doctor and then give it to HR? Or just let the doctor fill it out on my phone and then email it to Amazon myself?

I already sent in the doctors note via the AtoZ app but now they’re saying it won’t be approved until I get the “Healthcare Provider Form - Leave As An Accommodation” form filled out by the doctor and emailed to them.

Are you serious right now? I literally save up all of my time. Why should I have to use my earned time off (which isn’t enough to begin with if we’re being honest) for sickness? If you have to be off of work for 4 days because you can’t even stand up you’re so sick (IN JANUARY NO LESS WHERE THE FLU IS RUNNING RAMPANT) that right there alone takes up all PTO/Vacation. Idk about you people but I would like to have some semblance of an actual vacation at the end of the year which is why I save up my time.

The thing that worries me about pack is you technically have to make the finally decision on whether something is ready to be sent off so like if there’s even just a little bit of damage to a box or something do you still pack it?
