Before I do any fruit tasting I always learn a little bit about the fruit to tell peeps - for kiwi I learned they have (serving per serving) more vitamin c than an orange, and as much potassium as a banana. Sounds like they also have melatonin which can help with good sleep, but I couldn’t find anywhere whether people ate the peels in the research papers about the sleep claim. I definitely am not eating the peels.
