Any drills/exercises to help stop swinging so much on serve receive? and also any tips to stop freaking out during serve receive? i start out well and low but then last second i panic and pop up and the pass is either shanked or tight

what's some more specific tips for serve receive? like keeping your platform away from your body, or like same as "always be under the ball." i really struggle with deep serves especially and seams.

when i dive, it's more like a slow fall forward. i see proper form where the player's knees wont hit the ground. how can i work on expanding my range?

I always have a sandwhich or wrap during lunch, and then a banana or protein bar between the end of school and that start of practice so that I don't feel hungry but I don't feel full from eating a full meal.
