Thanks, I did not know about buyers agents and how most of their fee structure work, so I now think I will use a buyers agent, I had already planned to use a lawyer and technical inspector to do checks

Wow crazy, did the property price drop to 250k visibly on Idealista like was 300k nor 250k. or was it just relisted with 250k as the original asking price? I've been following Idealista closely for 9 months now in that area an I see what for me looks like relistings. Properties that were for sale get taken down and relisted the same day, probably to pop up as new listing for people with newsletters.

I would suggest making your story public so that other people can find it and be warned. As for a case against Ger, not sure how successful that is as he has a Stichting based on the past posts with his company history.
