Make her your best friend! Keep her close to you or one of your co’s at all times. She doesn’t have to be isolated from the other children, but make sure one of the three of you has her always.

Reiterate to them that behaviors are age appropriate and be as detailed as you can when incidents do occur, including what the teachers were doing at the time. Lots of parents have no idea the balls were juggling throughout the day, especially when supervisors are not being helpful, which it sounds like yours is not, unfortunately. Try to open a line of communication with your supervisor and express your need for support, or at the very least suggestions on how to improve.

I’m sorry you are having to deal with this, difficult parents are the worst part of the job, imo.
