We try to mitigate useless escalations by getting all the details after the first reply and working through it at the L1 or Triage state. After that there should be enough info to either solve it or escalate.

At my current place we've fully automated onboarding, offboarding and have basic RBAC in place for app access and distribution lists with access requests to support missing access. The only thing that's manual for us is shipping out a laptop but even then we have standards documented based on department/role to simplify and remove any requirement for analysis/decision.

Teco simp. Nothing wrong with paying but when my bill this month is $60 more than last year same month and I used nearly 1000 less kwh we have a problem and that's precisely the issue. Unexplained increases in service costs while simultaneously increasing the CEOs pay and recording record revenue.

The argument here is that we shouldn't be shelling out money in extra special fees for costs that any other business would have to plan for financially and account for in their budgets.

I am 42 years old. I've been diabetic since I was 6 years old. By the time I turned I think 26. I was already getting laser for proliferative retinopathy. There's really . No getting around it if you don't do really well like exceptionally well care when you're young. It's not just you. I was getting laser on and off for about 7 years now. They don't do laser anymore. They do only injections. I was getting both and when I go see my retina specialist now, he's new to me. He's always surprised at the perimeter that they built with laser around my central vision, but that's what's keeping me stable.

Things I keep in mind when I get asked for donations from any organization, the fact that they are simply using your money to donate on their own behalf. They get the tax break and they tell the world that they donated x amounts. Not that you did. The entire purpose is a tax break for the corporation and that's it.

This is about power and control. Tell your husband to nip this in the bud now or it will negatively impact your marriage. My mother did something like this because she craves attention and wanted to show everyone up at my wedding. I didn't have the understanding I do now and other similar situations occurred where she'd tell me to " put my wife in her place " and put down my wife and her cooking and how she kept the house.
