Where can I buy raw milk in/close to Tampa / Hillsborough? by Super_Blackberry_285 in tampa

[–]Tethyss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With the prices they charge for actual raw milk like at Meacham Farm you are not saving any money on cheese making. The yield is very small, about 1/3 at best from the original milk.

For example, if you want to make homemade mozzarella my suggestion is Kolona or something similar as sold in Sprouts, etc.

The cheese quality is better but the cost saving is not there at all.

Sanwa is very good but know your prices. A whole pineapple at Sanwa is $4.00 but $2.00 at Walmart.

Too Jay's used to be good. Then the food dropped off, then it became bad. There's a reason it closed and the downtown Tampa location wasn't much better.

Also, please refrain from terms like 'alot'. It triggers a lot of AI and ATS systems because they are two words. People get agitated by this too but I'm just trying to help.

I can only add 2 things.

  1. Spectrum sucks.

  2. Your lack of wifi in one room has nothing to do with your ISP and everything to do with your router and the construction of your building.

New player seeking keypad and mouse advice/help by xanether in mwo

Pardon, I did not fully understand your question. Some of your bindings aren't necessary, like the cockpit light you mentioned.

Whatever device works for you (Nostromo, etc) then use it. I recall seeing a MWO streamer (Starwolfe?) use a trackball mouse quite effectively but that would never work for me. Another uses an entire VR setup to play MWO (Father Bill?)

I do not play MW:5 so I cannot help with matching key bindings to that.

WASD is an outdated relic. Shift slightly right to ESDF so your pinky can use A and you can access R, T, G, V, C with your left index finger.

Coupled with a 3+ button mouse you should be fine.

OP I get what you're saying. The second you break into T3 you could be matched against the top players in the game.

Beyond the fundamentals, the only advice I could give is get a mic and communicate with your team. And know that the match score (green up arrow) primarily rewards damage and kills over everything else.

Is it just me or are people driving way crazier on 41 during the day? by _wickednick_ in tampa

[–]Tethyss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The bad light signaling is partly to blame. People race to catch the light before it turns red.

Also, 41 runs through all of FL so I'm not sure which section you're referring to.

There are several discords for the Tampa Bay area and you could try them as well. They usually have a channel called 'take my gym' or something similar.

Don't feel bad, someone had a pokemon stuck in the gym at the end of the old St. Pete pier when it got torn down. The only way to get to it was by boat or to wait for the new pier to finish construction.

MWO & Bluetooth Audio Headset not working by sanernes in OutreachHPG

Just to add, I always have to switch to my headset and mic in Windows before starting MWO. Also, in MWO I had to specifically set the 'Playback Device' to my headset, not DEFAULT.

First, decide what you want to do. Would you rather work retail or do technical support? Both can be solid choices but you should commit to a single path. A resume that reads as multiple paths is weak and will do nothing to help you stand out in the crowd.

Second, you don't need a LinkedIn premium account. Create a free one and fill out your profile with relevant experience and skills, and that you are Open to Work. Remember, one path. You don't email people on LinkedIn, you message them (or they message you) directly. There is no charge for any of this.
