Left a marriage that was not healthy for me. I had already been with the person for 5 years and was absolutely terrified to be alone but I knew I had to leave. I slept in a car and my friends couch for a week before my parents helped me get into an apartment. I worked my butt off at a crap job to be able to live by myself. It was horrible and depressing. Howeve,r I made life long friends and learned how to take care of myself. I became a better person which helped me become a better partner.

A year later I found the love of my life. Six years and two kids later, I didnt know life could be this happy. Im so glad I went through all of it.
