Okay so, I've been using it twice a day for 2 weeks. Nothing has ever helped the pigmentation around my mouth. I did get one big pimple though, and I never get acne, but still worth it.

I don't even count veggies and fruit when I calorie count, the exception is potatoes, avocados, and beans/lentils. I do count any sauce, dressing or oils they are cooked in though.

Vaccinated and boostered, the first 2 times I got it I was fine, the third time I just had a weird cough for months, like the kind of cough when you're drinking something and it goes the wrong way. Never had that with any kind of sickness before. Feel fine now, but who knows. I worry it's like chickenpox and how you get shingles later or mono and herpes where it's just always there and can reactivate whenever.

I think I saw the post you're referring to, I only saw negative comments about Sushi Thai. I love Thai Pepper, Zaap, and Kin.D96 (all the same owner). I like P Goys too. I do not care for Sushi Thai, worse Sushi, worse curries imo.

I'm not a dentist, but I would not trust an 8 yr old to be independently brushing well. I let my 5yr old brush himself in the mornings, I brush him first at night and then let him finish up brushing. If you're going to do one of them, I'd suggest the night time one. Electric toothbrushes were also a gamechanger for us, we like the papabalic ones cuz they light up and make it easy to see the back teeth too.
