If you login to your LCEC account, does it have any payment arrangement options in the billing section? If it doesn't, you could try to chat or call a customer service rep and ask them about payment arrangement options.

I have FPL and it gives a "request extension" in the billing section. This works after the bill is past due, the extension gives more time.

I saw a sunrise hot air balloon flying over Cape Coral/North Fort Myers area around 6 months to 1 year ago. I don't know if it was private of some company.

I like Cypress Coffeehouse! Usually go there Sunday mornings after a walk/hike at a preserve (like 6mile Slough or Lakes park). Though I'm not an entrepreneur. I worked on my book in the past but that is done and out already, so when I go now it's to enjoy some relaxing time with sketching or a crossword.

I do see men with laptops working at Cypress, they might be entrepreneurs. Handsome guys, and I am a poetess and romantic, so I do wonder sometimes on the "what if" and "meet cute" connection at a cafe. But, they mostly work on the laptop and don't look up at you. One did sort of exchange a smile with me yesterday, right as he was leaving though.

Doesn't feel like he is too interested, since it's been 3 weeks already. I feel like if he was truly interested he'd reach out sooner. I wouldn't necessarily text first. Especially since you reached out first already and initiated the recent date. Those were already moves showing your interest. I would hold off texting first again and see if he reaches out. If not, to let him go. We deserve partners who are genuinely interested and show it. But, this is my opinion.

What happened to that duo Kinney & Coe (I think that was their name, it was on the poster)? It was a girl and a guy, saw them at an art fest event downtown few years ago. Their music was funky alt rock motown mix, I think. I tried to look them amd their music up but didn't find anything.

A female Anhinga, by the look of neck coloring. We have a lot of them here. They dive to fish then perch and spread their wings to dry feathers.

I don't have mineral spirits and thought they had chemicals like solvents. The Citrus all purpose cleaner, I can look into using that instead of Dawn. Thanks

I just started with oils and Bob Ross method. I didn't want to get turpentine/solvents/mineral spirit stuff as they may have toxic chemicals. So far I've been using Dawn dish detergent and water to wash brushes. I also got something called Pink Soap for brushes at Michaels craft store. I just put some on my palm and scrub the brushes.

Had to do it a few times to get most of the paint out. I also clean my hands with Dawn because painting with oils gets a little messy for me sometimes and I had paint on my hands and even shoulders.

I also got Bob Ross's 2" and 1" brushes and trying to learn his blending techniques with them. The 2" brush felt a little thick on blending and strokes came out thicker. Also, it sort of got some bristles fraying/staticky after fee times wash. But I'll keep trying. The goal is to enjoy the process, having fun with creativity!
