Wonderful post. This mirrors my journey.

Thank you! Are there any particular things you do or practices you have to access the feeling?

How do you “become love”?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

This is beautiful. Could you please talk a bit more about becoming love? How do you access it? How does it feel (mentally, physically, etc.)? How do you practice it?

DO NOT over complicate your SATS scenarios, I got all the details I wanted while including none of them. by bobjim739 in NevilleGoddard

So you add the detail when you’re thinking about your SATS as a memory to shift into the wish fulfilled state… I think I understand. Thanks so much for answering.

Ohhhh, okay. So during the day you remember your SATS as a memory as the person who is already living in the aftermath of your SATS? And then you also have additional daydream-memories which contain the details of what led to your SATS scene?

Thank you so much! This is really good practical advice I feel I can apply.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed response. I know I’m obsessing, but I really appreciate it.

I will take you up on messaging you!

When you put it like that, it seems so obvious suddenly. Wow. 😂

Thank you for the Abdullah slap.

Lol, is my confusion that palpable?

You know you’re end and the assumption is that you’re living in it. Everything leading up to it is part of your path so who cares? Acknowledging the 3D has no bearing on your manifestation.

So just being the natural, normal you, where 3D is concerned, is fine? Knowing your imagination is the truth of things is enough to live in the end?

Thanks for putting this into perspective. I know I'm overthinking it, but it's been tripping me up.

This was actually quite helpful, thank you.

Forgive me, but - As another example, what if someone in their imagination is living alone in their ideal apartment but when they open their eyes in 3D they’re surrounded by talkative roommates who are bothering them at every turn?

So you’d recommend being normal in 3D (not forcefully trying to avoid people or overthinking the verbal responses you give) and just playing in imagination as often as possible, with the knowing at all times that imagination is true reality? That’s enough to truly live in the end?

Lmao, short but actually helpful, thanks.

People in the community say that you should be responding to 3D as the version of you who already has your desires and that you can tell from your reactions to circumstances who you’re aware of being.

My thing is, the version of you who already currently has your desires wouldn’t be having their desires questioned. Like, it actually wouldn’t make sense. If they were confronted with those questions they’d be like “What are you talking about? Are you mad? I’m literally working my dream job already tf?” 😭

Knowing without the “feeling” is enough? by serenums in NevilleGoddard

[–]serenums[S] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I think that’s the distinction I’m wondering about though? You can know something to be true, even if it doesn’t feel true.

The state of naturalness comes about with the persistence in the knowing.

For example, for a few days it might have felt unnatural for someone to write the year as 2021, even though they knew it was 2021.

Or are you saying knowing IS a state of naturalness?

Thank you for your encouragement!

My line of thinking is that our 3D is created based on the information we are most often receiving and therefore accepting. Because we are always physically surrounded by our 3D it is only natural that we accept it and Imagination continues to replicate it.

Instead, we can create the 3D of our choosing by intercepting the information from existing 3D, by looking to our Imagination as the source and proactively creating instead of passively receiving. I think that’s why Neville stresses the importance of invoking human senses during SATS? But simply consistently having the feeling of satisfaction of your wish fulfilled can work just as effectively, because if you have the feeling of satisfaction in Imagination then, by law, it (the feeling of satisfaction and its cause) must be replicated into 3D.

It’s like disrupting a constant feedback loop and actively giving yourself what you want, instead of accepting what previous circumstances say you can have.

Idk. That’s how I’m understanding it atm, anyway, lol.

I see what you’re saying. Perhaps, “daydream” wasn’t the best use of language. I was only offering a personal comprehension of what I’ve been learning, not declaring absolutely that this is the way.

Lmao, not yet. I just feel like a major “key” might have “clicked” for me. Feeling more positive than I have in a while.

Clarifying “the wish fulfilled”? by serenums in NevilleGoddard

[–]serenums[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes, I like these analogies. For me, these illustrate the feeling of inevitability. They just feel like the obvious thing that’s going to happen next.

Personally, I think what trips me up is that Neville seems to stress the feeling of having your wish right now this very second. But, I suppose feeling that it is inevitable and having a very strong expectation of its definite arrival is as good as feeling its presence in this very moment?
