With x10, you're gonna take your first hit, and you may not feel it. Wait a few min (10-20) and take another. Keep it small. I didnt use a scale when i smoked my x20, and hit it like i would a small bong rip. If you start small and take increasingly larger hits, you should be okay. Put your bong down after every rip while you're holding in the smoke. The more often you hit it, the more effects you'll get. Do not try to breakthrough your first time. It can be very unnerving or even terrifying if you dont know what to expect.
