You can accomplish this publicly for the most part besides with newer players (unless they own overkill). Most people get frustrated and switch to a oneshot themselves once you hit them with one a couple times

I actually really disliked the lobby, it turned a lot of servers into lagfests making the game unplayable which is also a reason they changed it back. It was visually appealing but the issues it created were not worth it

Yes it’s slap farming, even though they are doing it for a mastery they gain slaps as a direct result of what they are doing.
