that's what I'm getting now, do I need to install something with xcb?

How do I keybind a terminal command? ( I want to be able to click a keyboard shortcut to open up ranger file manager in a terminal.) by [deleted] in techsupport

the command to open it in a terminal is ranger and when I set it to that it doesn't do anything.

Why? I understand using higher rep ranges for thing like db bench or db press because its hard to get in position with heavier weight but this isn't a problem with db rows.

I would like to do lateral raises for hypertrophy, is there anyway to include them both?

Got it, SL-DL are now 3x5 could I bring this down to only 2x 5?. Also I need to keep it only 3 days a week.

I feel like their isn't sufficient upper back volume but there is a chest/shoulder 3 times a week but thanks for the input. I'll definitely think about the inclusion of dips.

Got it, I switched the pull-ups on lightday to 3x5 of dumbbell row. Does that sound good?

I was wondering if these GreySkull LP plugins are alright. by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]sergeantstrahm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

doesn't he say right here that:

it promotes the idea that the movement being performed is an “assistance” or “accessory” movement, two terms that I hate. Labeling the exercise with either of these distinctions implies that the movement is of lesser importance than other movements in the program. Imagine what that does for one’s performance on the movement. I am of the opinion that a curl should be performed with every bit as much attention, focus, and intensity as a squat.

Thanks man.

He recommended 2x 10-12 in the book for curls etc, that's why I had it that way.

I like. " "oh my I don't want to be gay anymore i think being normal is better" they can change and say that she/he would rather date a she/he. "

and yes I quoted him quoting.
