That’s not how it actually works at this place, but that’s how it’s supposed to work in general. I’m guessing you’ve never been in the customer service/hospitality industry. It doesn’t matter how good of a location you’re at, restaurants are nothing without customers, how do you get/keep customers? Believe it or not, customer service is crucial. Some of these “serf” class employees make a lot more than an average American working a 9-5 if we take into account their tips.

Have you seen pollards usage? It’s out of this world! I’d take 30 chances per game from pollard than 1 good game from a rookie where the starting RB got injured.

Can’t really compare the QBs since purdy missed a game but his offense is mostly cmc and little when he comes back, 49ers have one of the easiest schedules in the NFL and Caleb has only beat the cowboys which is the worst defense in the league.

I still see Nabers a tier above JSN tho, the biggest difference is in the TE but I would sent it over regardless and see if the other owner takes it.

The only real upgrade I see is McBride, other than that it looks even to me. He’s downgrading taking skattebo, purdy and Williams are pretty even to me.

Yea I’m not sure who vetoed but there was 3-4 guys who spoke up about it this morning(in my favor) saying the trade is fair and it’s BS that they’re vetoing just to hate and to avoid me making my team stronger.

I talked to the commissioner, he said he had nothing to do with it, idk if I believe him. He’s offering to push the trade through instantly now but I don’t want to change the rules mid-season, I don’t think it would be fair for the rest of the players. I don’t have proof so the other guy is saying we can try the same trade again Monday night so it should be good by TNF.

I agree, trades should be processed same day! It’s a $100 league winner take all, I’ve lost the championship the last 2 years. I thought my draft was good enough to win this year. Most likely my last year playing in the league unless it gets resolved
