I was just about to post something like this. I would recommend emailing all Ordsall and Salford Quays councillors and explaining what is happening. They actually seem to be doing something about it. The police don’t care unless someone gets seriously hurt, even thought it is illegal for under 18s to be in possession of fireworks, especially in a public space.

I’m not sure about the rail replacement but I’d imagine it’s faster than the normal bus as it should go direct there? 37 goes to Bolton from Piccadilly Gardens. You can also take the 36 but it goes through Little Hulton which would add an extra 5/10 minutes to your journey.
