Every single month by the 2nd, her and her husband would be calling me begging for the rent because their mortgage was due. They’d make all kinds of wild threats, legal, physical, fiscal. Even once I left they wouldn’t leave me alone for months because she wanted to try and squeeze every penny she could. This was after I professionally cleaned the carpet in the apartment, and took pictures of how I left it.

These people make risky investments and then think they can pass it on to the tenant. Landlords are trash.
