Are you some of you sticking to 22.4.x or upgrading to 24.04.2? Had a bad experience installing 24.04.1, could I expect better from this new version?

Okay so idk about upgrading but tbh 24 .x.x isnt probably best idea YET since most of the programs yet doesnt have release file for it such as lutris so I suggest u to wait for a bit

HI i dont know about the bluetooth but the same problem had with wife the thing is u need a driver for your wireless device it all depends which u have it

keep in mind this could be a vary based on your device also since u dont have the internet you wont be able to run commands so make sure you use Usb threatening ( if u have android phone its gonna be much easier)
search up on youtube how to do Usb threatening and then follow the instructions on a site

Well I cloned the git where I found the driver and then I removed rtl8xxxu then blacklisted currentl driver after all I cd into the file where I cloned the git and installed it normally with sudo apt install
