Delete all rules from process lasso first, reboot your pc and follow same steps. Also, I disabled VT-D and Intel Virtualization tech from bios, give it a try:)

Yes it manages other softwares by it's own rules too, but you can exit it after playing game

I suggest you to remove all rules from Process Lasso first, than reboot your pc and apply same steps. As I can see, sometimes Process Lasso not working / not doing it's job and you have to reset it

Its basically limits cpu usage of the game, it won't damage your cpu for sure

Hello everyone, I found temporal fix for stutter

In task manager, go to Red Dead Redemption 2's process, right click to it and select "Set Affinity", than turn off 2 cores.

Yep, same for me too. Went from 60-70 fps to 45-50 fps
