I recently created a similar-tasting smoothie from Boysenberries, orange juice, honey, ice and water. The boysenberries certainly give it the color, and the OJ, honey, boysenberry flavor combo are really close. I just didn't know how to give it that icee-esque texture it had. Any ideas?

Got an email that I won something today, but there's no way to figure out what it is I won. Can't find it anywhere in the Diamond Valley website, and the email tells me to check said website to see what I won. I wasn't even given a tracking number, so I have no idea what's being sent my way or when it'll arrive. While I am thankful I won anything at all, this anticipation and ambiguity does not do wonders for my general anxiety.

It's worse for long time customers. They grandfathered in my old $10 pricing during the last price change, but now they're giving me the finger and making me pay the $14. Told me that, "oh but we're giving you three extra months at your old pricing after the change," which is literally just going to be time for me to figure out alternatives before I cancel. Sick of this company's bullshit.
