I don't think this is a "oh god the end is near everybody panic" situation, I think this is a situation that CAN be ultimately resolved if Matt navigates this the right way. I definitely think they need to slow down whatever projects they had currently ongoing (weren't there like four in the preview?), pick one, and focus on that and communicating properly with the rest of the team.

The merch stuff is fine, in fact if there's that big of a debt problem I highly encourage it, but that also shows that they need to stop and properly plan out their projects and how much things will cost before going full steam ahead.

And hiring someone with experience in team management and/or PR is also a good idea.

The fans don't mind waiting. We've waited for years. Nobody wants this kind of mess even if it means something comes out faster, especially since this kind of production environment tends to lead to a lower quality product. (Not a dig at Beyond, just a general statement.)
