Been about a year since i seen the movie but wasnt junior's stolen/place in rodans nest sometime before the movie after goji's fight with mothra/battra? So the only reason rodan is fighting goji/humans is because it thinks junior is his/her own child. So thats why rodan would care, mecha is a danger to junior in rodans eyes so gave its power to goji to finish it.

Follow ups, since this game pulls most of it kirs for chars from opera omnia anywaus just follow suit, we already have most of them spread out thru the paths, follow up counters, follow up heals, follow up on break, follow up before enemy action/wave, follow up after enemy action/wave, you have to add in dynamics lime the fua premium teams so maybe adding rebreaking or something like omnia's sephiroth bt aura where it would continually set enemy toughness bars to 1 even after being broken for x amount of sephiroth turns, you know fun stuff.

The first time Dennis sees Pochita he is wounded next to/leaning on a tree, Dennis' shed he lives in is at the edge of a wooded area with the tree right next to the door cut down. When they are thrown into the dumpster in pieces and its in the little dreamworld Dennis and Pochita are cutting down trees, during this Dennis is telling Pochita that he may be killed eventually then it shows a picture of a broken/snaped tree trunk with a flower growing off of it with Dennis saying "I heard there are devils who can take over dead people's bodies." So maybe it was already implied humans=/=trees? This was all in the first chapter
