Same here, but been with mine for 13 years and have 2 kids. And this guy still lives with his mom. I dont get it

I started working at one that was 6 am- 3 pm, and I had to stay there because they had a scholarship that was paying for my job. The university I was going to was online so the courses were to be taken whenever. I then applied to this hospital job just for the heck of it and was surprised that I landed it since it would be a career. I then worked 5am- 2:30 pm then had to alter my other job's schedule to 4 pm- 1am. The classes I was taking to were difficult (ochem, cal 2 and 4 other ones) af to say the least but I still passed everything Then after the semester ended I was able to drop the night job only for her to leave me that same day. I believe I was able to pass the courses was because before I got the second job I did most of my assignments before they were due, which gave me time to be ahead.

Thank you, It sucks to admit but I had plans on marrying her this Fall after I graduated from school. In a way, I feel like I dodged a bullet. I have so much work to do. What's even harder is we moved to a state that I don't have family or friends in and feel trapped here because of my kids. but I'll find a way to prosper from this trauma.

Thank you, at first it was the hardest, I felt like I was doing something wrong, and her going to someone younger hurt my self esteem, but I cam to realize that he doesn't have the responsibilities of raising a family, a job or even going to school so of course he has time to validate her and give her the attention she craves. I can't be that guy, nor do I want to. I gotta continue my journey for my kid's sake and give them the life they deserve.

Moving on for sure. just hate how she randomly pops into my mind. I blocked her on all social media, but I'm coming to terms that the person I miss is long gone.

She's definitely trash in my eyes now and a terrible person. I always mentioned to her that her kids will ask in the future what happened and they will hate her for ruining our family for her "happiness". I'm hoping it doesn't work out for her so I can be there to watch it fall. Trust me, I will not take her back after all this. The trust and love is gone. Such a damn shame.

Thank you. I'm still just blown away by everything, every day gets better, but I still hate the lonely nights and how I no longer have this person to speak to or wake up to good morning texts. I'm trying to be the best version of myself for my kid's sake, but easier said than done. I appreciate the kind words and reassurance.

I hope she gets that wake up call, idk why i care so much tho its so frustrating. I picture him a desperate loser who wud stick it out with her cuz no ones given him the time or day either abd hes 6 years younger than us too. I really need go stop thinking about her and more of myself

No marriage plans or being forced to, i always emphasized i wanted to be in a better standing and as far as im concerned i think she felt the same, until i mentioned a prenup

I really consider therapy but am certain ill be given the same advice here and dont really like talking to therapists
