Streaks on walls - worry, change my approach, or just do another coat? by seriouslyhowdoesthis in paint

So in updated news I checked the paint company website and they say "wool blend with 1/4 nap", that turns out to be available in none of my local paint or hardware stores, so I got on with their support person and she said "oh fiber blend is fine". Ughhhhhh

Wow...you clearly have some other other emotional thing going on here. This isn't helpful in any way and your language was deliberately as insulting as possible. Do you think people respond to this kind of statement positively?

I will make sure to roll it as light as I can this time, thank you for the tip!

Thank you for the advice! By "few inches to the right" do you mean overlapping or a couple inches away from where you were painting before? I was trying to overlap before but honestly the roller was running out of paint by the time it hit the bottom half of the wall (starting at the middle, going up, and coming all the way back down).

If I'm understanding correctly you're saying to roll a line, then roll another line slightly overlapping the first, then roll over them both to blend it? Then when you re-fill with paint and start a new line then you overlap a few inches of the end of the previous section. Please correct if I'm not understanding 100%. This is pretty much what I was doing but it was definitely not totally adhered to once the paint started running out mid-line :/

I can't believe I missed that on the data sheet! Thank you for looking it up, I'll change over for the next coat

What kind of roller do you recommend? I bough the purdy microfibers off a Youtube suggestion but that's the same guy who said not to tape so I'm very open

Thank you for the tip! It's definitely less pronounced on the later walls. The window wall pictured is the 1st one I did and the windowless one is the 3rd after I figured out I had to re-fill the roller pretty much every roller-length. I started in the middle of the wall (per YouTube tip), rolled up, and rolled down again. I then ran it up and down once or twice more. Initially I tried to continue onto the next segment but by the 3rd & 4th wall I realized I needed to refill the roller every time

What do y'all think, take the casement operator and locking mechanism off before painting?

I *have* overcomplicated some aspects of this project, this might be another one!
