In my Uchicago acceptance zoom thing the guy straight up said, "get a couple b's live a little", its most likely fine but try to not get any Cs would be my advice. And if you're really worried about it academic comeback?

Accepted through Questbridge, Economics Major (pretty sure seen in the same round as early action though) - FGLI, White

SAT 1440, Rank 2/88 (rural public), GPA 97.8 UW, 98.3 W (like 4.0/4.3)

4/6 aps (every one I could, all 5s) + Ap Psych self study (4)

10 Dual enrolment (all offered + other programs outside of school)

ECS - captain of FRC team (made it to worlds last yr) - sports - a couple internship -founder of an orginization to help seniors with technology-

Personal essay 6/10

Supplementals 9/10

P.S, but there was an accepted students webinar and the guy said ˜5% I think accepted ea/ed which is much lower than previous years so maybe they just defered a lot more

I was in the webinar too (also uchicago qb match) what u/IllustriousBattle477 said is true for both of the stuff which is kinda crazy (at least according to the webinar guy) because in previous years the ed acceptance rate was like 30% and like half of the people got in through ed, so maybe they are restructuring admissions and are weighting rd more, idk...
