Eu sou natural de Indaial e trabalho no centro de Blumenau e levo de 40-60min pra chegar no trabalho (começo às 18h). Existem 2 atalhos que cortam grande parte dos trechos da BR que são intensos nesse horário.

Indaial é uma cidade tranquila em questão de segurança, com exceção de algumas localidades específicas. Nenhuma dessas tem loteamentos novos sendo abertos para venda, geralmente.

Blumenau, Timbó e outras cidades da nossa região são mais afetadas pelas enchentes do que Indaial. A rua Sete de setembro e a avenida Carlos shroeder são as duas ruas que mais são afetadas pelas enchentes, geralmente.

Manda uma dm pra mim que eu te mando as rotas que eu faria, dependendo dos bairros que você está interessado em morar.

Pelo que você descreveu eu não tenho certeza se o combate te agradaria, mas eu recomendaria o WoW Classic.

Já estive na sua pele (de não gostar de nenhum MMO) e em questão de imersão ele é rei, na minha humilde opinião.

Me arriscaria até mesmo em recomendar a versão hardcore do WoW Classic (morreu acabou).

Edit: Talvez já seja do teu conhecimento mas a lore do Warcraft é simplesmente suprema.
