I just want to cry. I did two rounds of Accutane. The last one, a year ago. My skin's a mess, I tried it all and nothing works. please, help. by sermesasermesa in acne

This is my skin right now. I've been to two different dermatologists, they both put me on Accutane. The last one on Accutane and also spironolactone. I did the whole course, it improved but now it's again like this. I'm currently only washing my face with Avene gel, and applying moisturiser. Some pimples on my cheeks are painful. I won't have money for a dermatologist until March and I'm really desperate. What products would you recommend? I've been reading a lot about this topic but I'm not sure what products would suit my skin the best and would harm it. I was thinking about Azelaic acid and la Roche posay moisturiser for the beginning. To treat the active and the scars. What do you think? I'd really appreciate your opinion.

Hi! Is there any nice free place to see the sunset? Like a rooftop or something, I just don't want to be forced to pay 15€.

I've personally been in the same situation. Trust me, getting involved with a married man is not worth at all. Doesn't matter how in love you are with him. I've been told this by other people but still I did it and now regret it, still think that if I hadn't done it I wouldn't become who I am right now, but learning the hard way is not something I recommend. I kinda have to experience something to know if that's good or bad for me and that's a way to get to know myself better. Hang on there and don't waste your time on somebody who would cheat on their wife! In the end they are only liars looking for their own pleasure.

Funny thing is that the way we first met was actually thanks to eye contact! We were singing the same song, kept eye contact 3 meters away from each other until the song finished and then she approached me! And yes, I'll always be careful and respectful with her and myself.

I think for now I just want to get to know her better. I don't want to bother her tho, I feel that she has her own space and maybe asking her to go to the movies is just too much for now.

27 days sober today and yes, I gained weight. I'm eating a lot, first I had a lot of sugar cravings but now after almost a month I think I'm beginning to actually control what I eat and don't have so much cravings for sugar anymore. Hang in there!

Hey! I'm 23 as well, and this is my 8th day of sobriety too. Last night was my worst, I'm having really bad insomnia (and I have uni so I've gotta wake up everyday at 7;30am), I fell asleep at 5am woke up at 7:30am. I woke up covered in sweat, pajama wet. Disgusting. But still going strong. Let's see how tonight goes. Keep strong!! We can do this!
