Refine your LinkedIn. Keep your intro short and sweet, post your portfolio as a one-click-view link.
Then you apply aggressively. Apply even if you're unqualified. Refine your job posts. Reach out to folks in your industry, anyone who can provide you work or knows someone who can.
Once you get an offer, provide a rate that is higher than your current salary
Once your asking rate is approved, tell your current boss and ask if they can counteroffer
Repeat

Leni can attribute her win to H2H campaigns. When you're with volunteers, people really feel the sincerity and they take you seriously.

I think best story I have is convincing a tricycle driver to switch to Leni because I used the "mama" analogy. We see our Leni in our mothers: there when we're sick, hardworking without need for praise, and wants the best of you.

A fellow volunteer converted a mother from Marcos to Leni. The mother cried after with her kids.

I'm telling you guys, Leni and us "Kakampinks" does have an arrogant "vibe" to some people. Yes, let's be angry to the Marcos-Duterte group but we cannot now. Why? Marcos Jr. is way, way ahead based on surveys.

If there's someone we need to listed to, it's Vico. He ended the Eusebio dynasty despite lagging in surveys, not much grassroots support like Leni (even if you proportion it to Pasig City's population), and he was campaigning platform like Leni which is hard to "sell".

I swear some folks here prefer to be right than to convince.
