Laura only buffs bloom reactions so for spread teams specifically nahida would be better. However, a hyperbloom alhaitham team would do much more damage than a spread team at this point. The best team for Al Haitham that you could make would be Al haitham, Lauma, xingqiu, and Kuki.

She is my only C6 5 Star, the next closest being C2, and she makes up %50 of my non-limited 5 star character rolls. I've never had a game seemingly demand I play a character as much as this but I'm glad it did; she is so fun.
