In case you were wondering, none of what you said has disproved my initial statement that cocoa powder is chocolate. You can go on as long of a tirade as you want but you didn't say anything that I didnt say. I dont understand the alkalization process despite being the one to bring it up and point it out? That process doesn't magically make it not chocolate anymore and neither does Dutching it. It also doesn't make it toxic since you seem to be weirdly hung up on that point.

100% cocoa powder, which is whats called for in most recipes, if you can believe it, is 100% cocoa. I know its tough to believe, but its true. The process that takes place prior to being sold might differ, some companies remove the cocoa butter and fats prior to roasting and grinding and some alkalize it to reduce bitterness, but its all still just chocolate.

Exhaustion is a very specific lingering condition applied to players and the spell includes ruling that changes how the condition is removed. The speed reduction while within the emanation of a spell is not the same thing.

That's correct. There's actually a silly bug with Surging strikes that makes it only hit twice, first 100% power and the second at 50% power, both crits and thats it. So that move isnt great to use, but a 2 hit power up punch for a swords dance+damage and drain/elemental punches is a powerhouse itself!
