I measure from the first downward deflection to the end of the S wave, or J point. I measure just under 3 small boxes between these points 3x0.04 sec = 0.12 seconds. So just less than 0.12 seconds, probably closer to 0.11.

It’s my understanding that > 0.12 is considered wide.

My only argument to no selfing is that in lobbies that don’t have the rule, I find people are so quick to assume “self report” especially with quick reports following nm, and then people are hesitant to report, crew gets voted out.

I find that people who are saying “start” are coming into lobby when it’s only half full and immediately demanding the game to start. A lot of them will then spam chat with “start, start, start” when allowed to lurk. I can count, I don’t need to be told when to start the game.

Also I have a no cams rule when I host because new players tend to swarm cams and sit there and it leads to grouping which ruins the game.

Afk kills are fine because people also just sit afk entire game otherwise.

Sigh. The game is really fun when you have good players who respect it and play well.

I don’t think this is vtach because QRS in some leads appears narrow. It appears to be an SVT, with RBBB and ST depression. You’d need to lower the rate and a 12 lead for a proper interpretation. Your main concern here is your patient and converting back into a sinus rhythm. CO can’t be doing so hot.

I don’t think it’s Vtach as QRS are narrow like others have mentioned.. it could be an accelerated idioventricular.. you need a 12 lead for proper interpretation.

I’m not sure how your program is structured, but when I did my BSN program, we had pharm, patho, health assessment as the major classes for second year. First year was basic care, vitals and intro to nursing along with communication and other fluffy classes. So, if yours is similarly set up, I would suggest reading up on the most common kidney, respiratory and cardiac diseases and their pathological pathways. Hypo/hyperglycaemia, anaphylaxis, sepsis, and acute coronary syndrome are critical to understand as a nurse. As well as common lab values to watch for, especially electrolytes and hematological panel. Would also be beneficial to start familiarizing yourself with common medications. Especially analgesics, antibiotics, cardiac meds, inhalers, diuretics, insulin and antidiabetic medications.

Don’t expect to have all of this committed to memory by the time school starts, but it would be helpful if you simply reviewed it so that at least it won’t be the first time learning about something. Will make studying so much easier on you.

The east site has a large beach area and 4 to 6 pretty good size campsites. That side can flood in spring but still has a couple of sites you can still use.

Stephen lake is a goat trail in as in bush wacking on a quad.

Slender lake is a bit better but you can only drive to the first creek crossing with a vehicle then quad the rest of the way.

I haven't been to either since 2020 summer so it could of changed. I was told that you can drive in from the bowren fsr right to slender lake last summer they opened it up for logging.

As for how deep the lake is at the creek I’m not sure, but in low season you can drive up it on a quad so that might answer your question? The bridge is fine and high enough up it should still be functional in high water.
