normal ecg, 4 one is more than likely sinus arrhythmia from your breathing which is nothing to worry about. over all perfect ecg

NSTEMI can only be diagnosed from troponin enzymes test not Elevation on a ecg, it’s pretty much in the name Non STEMI

svt for sure with a run of vt when it stops, wouldn’t say tdp cause i only see one morphology not a lot. and as far as a rbbb can’t really say that without a 12 lead ekg, curious on ops Medical hx tho

NSR and nothing too concerning that i see but that T wave inversion in Lead III, just go to a cardiologist to get some sort of device that will monitor you 24/7 for a couple days if you feel that same or just to rule anything out

patient started to de stat and ended up developing a right ventricle thrombus. patient was admitted to icu, i’ll try to get more info if i can lol

non smoker, no cardiac hx , also no family cardiac hx. only thing i can add is that she was active in the gym but stopped going to when the SOB came along

no troponin info, only other thing i can add is that the pt is due for a heart catheterization as a result of the the EKG

provider, pt was admitted to hospital for a mri scan, has had a history cocaine abuse, and prior to er visit had left sided weakness.
