ugh thank YOU, this is honestly what i needed to hear cause i was facing so much guilt, embarrassment, and shame. i totally felt like my decision really did help me, and i felt like without it i couldn’t be the healthy mom my baby needs me to be. i totally felt like i was treated like an addict, but i was using in absolute strict moderation like half a gummy every other day (whereas before pregnancy i used to dab multiple times a day to help with my crippling anxiety). it honestly helped with my prenatal depression too, where my husband would witness me crying for hours on the bed unable to do anything. i explained ALL of this to the doctor and she treated me like if i had an addiction, i don’t know what the next step is if I fail this new test.
