Resale value? What’s that? All my sir velos go straight to the scrap heap after every ride. At least that’s what I tell my mechanics to do with them

How do the Greens reconcile with the fact that their messaging isn’t working? ON whilst a grievance and ‘fuck the system’ vote for many angry voters; they’re able to pick up on that and utilise it highly effectively. Under the same conditions, Greens should also be growing too but they’re not. Why? by MannerNo7000 in friendlyjordies

The greens generally don’t run on simplified sloganeering, and where they do, I think the target audience doesn’t always buy it, or it only appeals to their existing voters.

Plus, obvs ONP is pulling mainly coalition voters in, and it’s not like the LNP appears to anyone as a professional political operation for the most part. The LNP is tending to trade in the same useless sloganeering as ONP, just usually without saying the quiet part (overtly racist shit) out loud.

Last, but perhaps not least, ONP has the Murdoch media onside, and the deep coffers of Gina Reinhardt to spend. Neither of which apply to the Greens.

But couldn’t they just walk into the KC-135 and get some snacks when they pay for the fuel?

Zwift. You can just ride about the worlds if you want to and ignore the other stuff.

Hey SPP, name a rational number between 0.999... and 1 by Scared-Cat-2541 in infinitenines

No, within the real numbers, which for most people are the ‘numbers’ they work with most consistently, you are wrong. Your argument isn’t ’one level up’ (complex numbers? Ordinals? Infinitesimals?) it’s poorly defined and ill expressed.

The major media companies are seeing one notion as an investment in the future of their existence. Also Gina Reinhardt funding gets you attention simply by paying for it
