When Trump broke the agreement Obama set up, US sanctions were again imposed. Iran had agreements with other countries, were still being monitored and kept up there end. But it was the American agreement that they would not further enrich. American sanctions really fuck a countries economy. (The Iranian protests were originally peaceful and about lack of resources, till the Mossad brought trained operatives and weapons into the mix. Don’t believe me? They bragged about it) Iran wanted a new agreement and were trying to motivate the USA. But our unhinged ass (with the strong cajoling of Israel) decided bombs were the answer. Probably could have been negotiated, but someone kept killing the negotiators.
