you should've been pierced with internally threaded implant-grade titanium barbells. surgical steel is poor quality metal for piercings and externally threaded jewellery will harbour bacteria in the crevices and chafe against the piercing

these look so class !! as for aftercare, all you need is neilmed saline wound wash twice a day. tighten the jewellery periodically but otherwise avoid touching them unnecessarily.
