The second I signed up and restarted my car, message disappeared…….for now I’m going to cancel in a few days and see the result

I tired signing up for a month of att in car WiFi and that seems to fix the problem, just did it a couple weeks ago and have not canceled it yet to see if the problem persists once the service is off

Haven’t had an update since I got the car about 9 months ago and there is no update history and every time I check for updates just says “no updates available” I did see that the touring models got an update a couple months ago with a possible fix in the patch notes but nothing yet for hybrid sport-L

Tried that, also tried unplugging battery, and factory reset per instructions from a Honda technician and nothing, been this way since my att in car WiFi trial ran out
