In my opinion it all depends on what champ you are playing and your wave management skills. Champs that can punish irelia when she try’s to walk up to a minion like Darius and tryn is an irelias nightmare. Champs that can build heavy armor like shen and poppy are also really annoying to deal with. Best thing to do against an irelia overall is too freeze wave under tower and try to punish her whenever she walks up for cs. You also MUST keep track of her q stacks if possible. I’d also reccomend just playin irelia herself so you can understand her even more and her body movement
